DJ SANTANA Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    By installing or using the DJ Santana App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions,
    all applicable laws, and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable
    local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing
    the App. All software and materials contained in DJ Santana are protected by applicable copyright
    and trademark laws.
  2. Conditions of Use
    a. DJ Santana is designed for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer
    of title, and under this license you may not:
    i. modify or copy the materials;
    ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
    iii. attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
    iv. remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or
    v. transfer or mirror the materials on another server.
    b. Accessing and using this App implies acknowledgment that your mobile network provider’s
    terms will continue to apply. You may be charged for network usage or data access. You are
    responsible for any such charges.
    c. If you are not the bill payer or account holder of the device used to access DJ Santana, you are
    assumed to have permission from the bill payer.
    d. This license automatically terminates if you violate these terms, and DJ Santana LLC may
    terminate access at any time without notice.
  3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
    a. The App may offer optional paid subscriptions or time-limited access plans (for example:
    24-hour, 7-day, or annual plans).
    b. Purchases and subscriptions are securely processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
    Store under their respective terms. DJ Santana LLC does not collect or store payment information.
    c. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the
    current period. You may manage or cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google
    Play account settings.
    d. DJ Santana LLC reserves the right to change pricing for subscriptions or in-app purchases.
    Changes will take effect upon renewal or your next purchase after notice by Apple or Google.
    e. Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play platform, as DJ
    Santana LLC cannot process refunds directly.
    f. If reinstalling or changing devices, you may restore previously purchased subscriptions using the
    “Restore Purchases” option within the App.
  4. Disclaimer
    The materials within DJ Santana are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DJ Santana
    LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all warranties, including but not
    limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
    non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights. DJ Santana LLC does not warrant or
    guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  5. Limitations
    In no event shall DJ Santana LLC or its subcontractors be liable for any damages (including loss of
    data, profit, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the App, even if DJ
    Santana LLC has been notified of such possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on
    implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
  6. Availability
    The DJ Santana App is available for mobile devices running Apple iOS and Android operating
    systems. DJ Santana LLC will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not
    guarantee uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that the App depends on the internet and
    mobile networks beyond DJ Santana’s control. DJ Santana LLC and its partners are not
    responsible for temporary unavailability, data loss, or inability to access content.
  7. Links
    DJ Santana LLC has not reviewed all external sites linked to the App and is not responsible for
    their content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked site is at the user’s
    own risk.
  8. Modifications
    DJ Santana LLC may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using the App, you agree
    to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New
    York, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York, USA.
