    The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertisements. All purchases are processed securely by your device’s respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect or store any payment information directly. By completing an in-app purchase, you agree to the App Store’s terms and conditions. We encourage you to review the App Store’s payment and refund policies if you have any questions or concerns about in-app purchases.
  5. Account Management and Data Deletion
    You may delete your account and all related data at any time through the Settings page. Once deleted, all personal data, playlists, and favorites are permanently erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.

    We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and periodic security audits, to protect your information. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.
  7. Links to Third-Party Services
    The App may contain links to external sites or services not operated by DJ Santana LLC. We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
